The research group of Neurogenetics and Aging of IMBB under the European Program Η2020-ERC-2015-GA695190, entitled: “MacroAutophagy and Necrotic Neurodegeneration in Ageing–MANNA” (Program Coordinator Prof. N.Tavernarakis) invites applications for
one (1) MSc studentship position with documented working experience in nematode genetics.
Position Description: Genetic and molecular dissection of the role of organelle-specific autophagy in ageing-associated neurodegeneration.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Biology/related fields and prior documented experience on nematode genetics. Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Greek, is required.
Contract Duration: 3 months
Total budget: 450,00€ monthly studentship
Envisaged starting date: 1 October 2018
